Before application, you need to find out if you are eligible to travel to Canada now.

Gather required documents for your application (scanned/soft copy).
The Canadian visa fee is 100 cad and 85 cad for biometrics. Most applicants are required to provide their biometrics for first time applications. ( Aged 14 + )
There are a few things needed to be taken into consideration. Below is a list we have provided to better assist you.
- Your passport (with at least 6 months before expiry) Scanned copies of all previous visas and stamps if any
- Canada visa application form ( online done by us )
- Visa fees – 100 Cad + our processing fee
- Biometric – 85 Cad, Not applicable for children under 14 years old
- Proof of financial means / proof of funds – bank statements, payslips for last 4 months
- Proof you will return to your home country / ties to home country – assets, family ties, work, school, businesses, good travel history
- National Identity Document / ID or Passport.
- Proof of Employment – Job letter, business registration or letter from JP.
- Invitation or letter of support along with host passport, license, PR card or Citizenship
- Hotel accommodation if applicable and travel itinerary ( applying as a tourist )
- Consent letter for child from one parent if child is traveling with other parent only
- Proof of marriage or common law relation

Payment for visa fees
You will have to pay the necessary fees for your visa application via credit card or prepaid cards from Visa, Mastercard, American express, JCB and UnionPay. In some cases we may take cash and make payment via our debit/credit card.
These fee include:
Visa fees ( 100 cad and Biometric fees 85 cad ) for visitor visa + our processing fee
Proof of financial means
You have to provide evidence that you can financially support yourself and any family members traveling with you for the duration of your stay. You can provide documents such as:
- Bank statements ( last 4 month transactions )
- Business registration if self employed or letter from JP.
- Letter of employment showing annual earnings, payslips
- Evidence that you have arranged to receive support.
- Evidence of income from your Canadian host or family member.
Proof you will return home
You will need to convince your visa officers that you will return home after your trip. You can do this by providing:
- Employment /vacation leave letter showing employment history and availability of vacation leave
- Property title, Car title or any other assets, businesses
- Any other evidence that shows family ties in your home country or people that you need to take care of, such as elderly family members or children
Civil Status Documents
Copies of identity and civil status documents with your Canada visa application should be provided. This includes birth certificates, marriage, or divorce certificates, ID
Purpose of travel
You need to provide a purpose for your travel to Canada when you apply for a Canadian visa. The requirements depend on your country of origin, but it could include:
- A cover letter explaining your reason to travel and giving detailed information on your documents provided.
- An invitation letter from your sponsor or the family member/friend you will visit.
- Contact information of the people who can support your stated purpose of visit.
- Any other documents that support your purpose of travel.
Invitation Letter
In some cases, you may need to get a invitation letter from your host in Canada.
The Invitation letter must include information about the person inviting you such as:
- Their name and date of birth.
- Their address and phone number.
- Their residence status (Citizen, Permanent Resident, student) and a scanned copy of a document that proves it.
- Their employment and job title.
- Household size and details about each member
The letter must also include information about you such as :
- Your Name and purpose for the trip
- Date of Birth
- Address and Phone number
- Relationship to the person inviting you
- Employment Status
- The period you will stay in Canada, the address, and date you will leave
- Any other information you may find relevant
